Admin & Staff Notifications

Club admins can now stay on top of everything that needs attention with operator notifications — a central place to see important updates across the club in real time. From player messages and form submissions to disputed match scores, notifications help operators respond faster, stay organised, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

How it works:

Operator notifications appear directly in the admin interface and highlight what requires attention. Each notification is clearly marked as read or unread, making it easy to prioritise tasks throughout the day. Admins are notified when new smart forms are submitted, when player messages require operator attention or response, and when a reported match score has been disputed and needs to be resolved. Notifications link directly to the relevant context — the booking, match, message, or form — so action can be taken immediately. Operator notifications will continue to expand over time as more workflows and events are added.
