Player x Coach Communication

Players and coaches can now communicate directly around a booked lesson — all in one place, and fully connected to the booking itself.

Once a lesson is booked, players can ask questions ahead of time, share what they want to focus on, or clarify practical details. After the session, coaches can follow up with feedback, tips, and next steps, creating a more complete coaching experience beyond the court.

How it works:
• Players can message their coach directly once a lesson is booked
• Coaches can reply before the session and follow up with feedback afterwards
• Conversations are linked to the specific booking and visible in both player and admin views
• All communication happens inside Nettla, with no need for external messaging tools
