We’re introducing private matches, a flexible way for your players to organise their own games while keeping full control over who gets invited.
What’s new?
Player-initiated matches – Players can create their own private matches directly in the app.
Admin-created matches – You can also set up private matches for groups or specific members.
Invite-only – Unlike public matches, private matches are not displayed in the app for others to see. Players can share the match link or invite only the people they want to join.
Flexible setup – Optional level range and gender filters can still be applied when creating a match.
Smarter communication and reporting
Group chat – Participants can message each other in the match chat. Admins can also see and join the conversation if needed.
Score reporting – After the match, players can submit results. These are automatically added to: Player profiles (past scores history) and Club’s Admin Match Log for easy tracking
Automatic cancellation rules
Private matches also follow your club’s cancellation rules making sure courts don’t go unused if the match doesn’t fill.
