How long does switching take?
It depends on your club, and you choose the date. On a 30-minute switching call we agree your go-live date. You send us an export from your current system, we set everything up, and your club keeps running the whole time.
Does it cost anything to switch?
No, switching to Nettla is free. We do the heavy lifting: we import your members, memberships, levels and wallets, set up your courts, prices and booking rules, and train your team.
Will we lose any data?
No. Your players, memberships, levels, wallets, opening times, price lists and courts all come with you. No starting from scratch, and no retyping a single member.
Can we run both systems for a while?
Your club keeps taking bookings on your current system right up to your switch date. Your Nettla calendar opens from that date, so there’s a clean handover and no double bookings.
What if our players don’t like change?
We make it easy for them. You get a ready-made email, WhatsApp message and poster to share, and every player gets a personal activation link, so nobody has to sign up again. Same courts, same prices, easier booking.
We’re a tennis club adding padel. Can we switch just padel?

What does it cost after switching?
One monthly plan based on how many courts you have, with every feature included. There are no feature tiers. Add-ons like Nettla AI are optional, and online payments carry a Stripe processing fee that your club can choose to cover. Work out your monthly fee.
