How the rate is worked out
The calculator spreads your target annual revenue over the court hours you expect to sell in a year.
Required hourly rate = target annual revenue ÷ (courts × hours open per day × 365 × occupancy rate)
For example, £300,000 across 3 courts open 14 hours a day at 60% occupancy needs £32.62 an hour.
