Clubs can now add fixed-length slots to any court’s schedule, so players book exactly the times your admins have set. Defined slots sit on top of the smart schedule you already use, with its minimum and maximum booking lengths and time-between rules, and give you precise control over when games start and end.
How it works
- Admins add a defined slot to a court, for example 18:00 to 19:30 as a 90-minute slot
- During that time, players can only book that exact slot at the length you’ve set
- Outside your defined slots, your existing smart schedule rules apply as before
Why this feature matters
Your busiest hours earn the most, and when players can book any length at any start time, prime time fills up unevenly and leaves short gaps nobody wants. Defined slots let you turn those hours into clean 90-minute games that run back to back. If your club offers more than one sport, each court can follow the rhythm of the game played on it, so a padel court and a tennis court don’t have to share the same booking logic. You can also stagger start times across courts to keep the shop and café from filling up all at once, with players arriving in steady waves instead of one crowd on the hour. Players get a schedule that’s quick to read and easy to book, and your club runs the day the way you planned it.
