Players can now message their friends directly in the app, so the chat after a good game and the planning for the next one happen in the same place they book courts and join matches.
How it works
- Players start a conversation with anyone on their friends list
- New messages arrive as push notifications, with one ongoing thread per friend
- When a chat turns into a plan, the booking, public match or club social is right there in the app to join or invite each other to
Why this feature matters
Until now, players setting up their next game usually had to move to WhatsApp or text, so most planning happened outside your club’s app. Direct messages in Nettla keep that conversation next to the booking screen, so “we should play again soon” is far more likely to end in a booked court. For your club, that means more repeat bookings and fuller socials and public matches, driven by players themselves.
