Get informed about new players

We’ve added a simple way to spot first-time players right inside your calendar and bookings. Nettla now highlights anyone who has never been part of a session in your club’s schedule before — so your staff and coaches can recognise newcomers at a glance and give them the welcome they deserve.

How it works

• A confetti icon appears next to any player who has never been part of a session in your club’s schedule before — a true first-time player
• When a booking type in the schedule has one or more first-timers on it, a confetti icon is shown on the item itself
• Open the booking in the admin platform to see exactly which player or players are first-timers
• Works across the calendar and booking items, so new players stand out wherever they appear

Why this feature matters

A player’s very first session sets the tone for everything that follows. But when courts are busy and sessions are back to back, it’s easy for a newcomer to blend in and slip by unnoticed. By flagging first-time players directly in the schedule, Nettla helps your staff and coaches recognise who’s new before they even arrive — so they can offer a warm welcome, a quick introduction, or whatever your club feels is the right thing to do in that moment. Small gestures like these are what turn a first visit into a lasting membership.
