With our new payment reminder feature, clubs can quickly spot unpaid sessions and remind players to complete their payment — without manual follow-ups or awkward messages.

‍How it works:

• Admins can instantly see unpaid players directly in the admin schedule
• From the player options menu, admins can select “Payment reminder”
• The player receives an email reminder with session details
• By clicking Pay now, the player is taken straight to checkout for that specific session
